Shipping policy

At Bead & Bloom, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and smoothly. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, shipment processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed accordingly.


2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping across India on prepaid orders.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
  • Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

3. Delivery Timeline

Domestic Shipping (India)

Orders are generally delivered within:

  • 3–7 business days for metro cities
  • 5–10 business days for other locations

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

International Shipping

Currently, international shipping may be available for selected countries only. Delivery timelines generally range between 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

International customers may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to track your shipment in real time.


5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order.

Bead & Bloom will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.


6. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier partner delays
  • Festivals or public holidays
  • Remote locations
  • Unexpected operational issues

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:

  • Refuse to accept the parcel if possible
  • Record an unboxing video
  • Contact us immediately at poojaone2025@gmail.com

Claims related to damaged products without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.


8. Out of Stock Items

In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.


9. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
